It's time to Register your Returning HISD Student for the 2024-2025 school year. If your student was enrolled in Huntsville ISD at the end of the 23-24 school year, they are considered a returning student.
All Student Registration is to be completed ONLINE this year. You will use your Skyward Family Access Account to register your returning student(s) to the district. If you don't have a Skyward Family Account, you will need to create one once you start the registration process. Also, if you have an elementary student and you do not know what elementary school they are zoned to attend, you'll be able to use the Tyler Tech Versatrans E-Link search program and your address after you start the process to find out.
All Student Registration information including registration links, helpful resources and campus contact numbers can be found via the HISD website on the Student Registration page @ https://www.huntsville-isd.org/registration.
NOTE: This school year, ALL students (including returning students) are required to provide Proof of Residency before the registration process can be completed.
UPDATE 6/10/24 - In mid-to-late July, returning students will advance to the next grade when the system rolls forward for the next school year. Until that happens, their grade for 24-25 will still show the one they just finished for 23-24.
UPDATE 6/11/24 - When registering students who just finished Gibbs PreK, please use the Returning Student Registration NOT the New Student. Note: The grade will still show PreK for now until later in July when the system updates and rolls them forward to Kindergarten.
