Public Comment Procedures

Your comments are important to us and are always welcome! Citizens are provided the opportunity to address the board during the Public Comment segment of the agenda. The Public Comment segment is available during the Regular Meetings for both agenda and non agenda items.  Public Comment on only agenda item topics will be allowed during Special Called Meetings.  If you wish to address the Board, upon arriving at the meeting, please complete a Comment Card (available at the reception desk, or you may download the one below), and turn into the Superintendent's Administrative Assistant, Sherry Odom, before the meeting is called to order.  You will be called upon during the Public Forum part of the agenda. 

Please be considerate of others attending the meeting, and limit your remarks to 3 minutes, only.  

You should know that by law, the Board can only take action on items that are posted on the agenda as Action Items.  Only members of the Board and the Superintendent can place items on the agenda.
