PDF Helpful Hints - Read before Submitting Your Grant Proposal

The Application Deadline for all grant proposals to be turned in to the HISD Teaching & Learning Department is no later than 5 pm on Monday, April 14, 2025.

All applications must be signed by the campus principal BEFORE submitting to the HISD Teaching & Learning Department - Attention: Shelby Leal, Administrative Assistant.  

Winning Grants will be announced during a reception on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Hawkins Administration Building Boardroom.  HEF Grant Recipients will be notified to attend by email invitation but we advise you go ahead and Save the Date on your calendars!
